For the second season in a row, we will begin our quest for the league title with a game at Emirates Stadium when the side from Molineux visit on August 17, which will be a traditional Saturday 3pm kick-off as it has not been selected for live TV coverage.

We will face three of last season’s top five away from home in our first three away trips, which all look to be mouthwatering affairs. First up will be a game at Aston Villa, before a north London derby at the home of Tottenham Hotspur, rounded off with a visit to the reigning champions Manchester City on September 21.

December will see Manchester United head to Emirates Stadium for a Tuesday night clash, while the festive period sees us remain in London, as we have games at Crystal Palace and Brentford sandwiched between a home game against Ipswich Town on Boxing Day – our first league meeting with the Tractor Boys since 2002.

The new year begins with an away game against Brighton before three huge home matches in the space of a fortnight. Our home fixture against Spurs will be a midweek affair on Tuesday, January 14, while after Aston Villa visit four days later, we start February with the arrival of City.

We have to wait until February 15 for our first away encounter at a newly promoted club when we tackle Leicester City, with a game at Portman Road not on the cards until April 19.

Three of our final five games are at home, starting with clashes against Crystal Palace and Bournemouth before a huge fixture against Liverpool at Anfield. Our final game at Emirates Stadium comes against Newcastle United, before the campaign concludes at Southampton on Sunday, May 25.

Notes about rescheduling

TV selections have only been made for the opening weekend of the season, so as always fixtures are subject to change throughout the campaign.

Clubs in European competition may see fixtures moved to Sunday in weeks where they are playing in midweek.

With the Champions League having Thursday fixtures on matchweek one this season, that could affect our game against Manchester City on Saturday, September 21. As Chelsea are in the Europa League, our away game against the Blues on Saturday, November 9 could also be affected.

The Premier League have also committed to giving supporters a minimum of six weeks’ notice (from the first match in the relevant month) on broadcast selections until December 2024, and five weeks from January 2025 until the penultimate game of the season.
