Rural Westby man arrested in connection with truck stolen in August 2023
A rural Westby man was arrested in connection with a truck that was stolen back in August 2023.
According to a press release from Vernon County Sheriff Roy Torgerson, Mark Alan McKibbin, 37, was arrested on March 21 in connection with a pickup truck that was stolen late on Aug. 8, 2023, or the early morning hours of Aug. 9, 2023.
McKibbin was transported to the Vernon County Detention Center to await a bail hearing in Vernon County Circuit Court. Formal charges will be sought through Vernon County District Attorney Angela Palmer-Fisher.
