14  The American Fine Wine Competition and the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University present One Thousand Bottles, Sipping Through America, featuring wines from the largest invitation-only judging in the United States. Attendees can taste from more than 700 wines, judged at FIU Jan. 13-15; sample special dishes to pair with the wines and participate in a silent auction and raffle.
